Lot 003 · Sales Teams +$15 / SEAT / MO · ON EVERY PLAN

One account. Your whole team.
Nobody steps on anyone's toes.

General-purpose email tools are built around one shared contact list. But inventory businesses have commissioned salespeople with their own books. Sales Teams gives every seat their own private contacts, private groups, send caps, and dashboard, locked to them at the foundation, not just hidden behind a setting.

What every Sales Seat gets

Four things for the rep, and one for you.

01

Private contacts

Every contact a sales user creates or imports is owned by them. Not visible to peers. Reassignable when someone leaves.

02

Private groups

Static or dynamic groups owned by a sales user. Their segments, their rules, their members. No other rep sees them; owners and admins do.

Per-user send caps

Admin-set hard ceilings, per user, per month. Enforced at send time. New rep starting? Cap them at 500 a month while they ramp.

Boss dashboard for admins

You see everyone. Volume, open rates, click rates, last campaign, last active. Identify who's performing, who's slacking. Reassign contacts when someone leaves the company.

Whose deal is it

Put a name on every item. Then the questions find them.

A private book is half the problem. The other half is what happens when a buyer surfaces: who owns that conversation, and how fast do they hear about it. Assign a salesperson to an item and both answers stop being a group chat.

01

Assign a rep to an item

Every item can carry a primary salesperson, set one at a time or in bulk from the inventory list. Set an account-wide default once and new items inherit it, so nothing is ever unclaimed by accident.

02

Their card goes on the item page

The assigned rep's name, title, and the contact details they chose to publish appear on that item's public page. Each member controls their own card and it is off until they turn it on, so nobody's cell number ships by surprise.

03

The question lands with them

A buyer asking about that item creates a lead routed to the assigned rep, with the item, the price they saw, and where they came from attached. Owners and admins see every lead and can reassign; reps see their own.

app.inventorymailer.com / leads
The Inventory Mailer leads inbox: inbound questions about specific trucks, each showing the buyer's name, email, phone, their message, and the rep it is assigned to.

Assignment and lead routing are on every plan, not just Sales Seats. Any team member can be assigned to an item.

Privacy you can trust

Privacy isn't a setting we can flip off by accident.
It's locked into the foundation.

Every private contact, group, and record is scoped at the data level, not by a checkbox in the app, so the separation holds on every read rather than depending on the screen you are looking at. Owners and admins can still see everything (that's the default).

Who this is for

Where this actually matters.

EQUIPMENT AND TRUCK DEALERS

Three salespeople, each building a buyer book over years, and outside reps working their own regions. When Dani sends "this week's arrivals" it goes to Dani's people, not the whole house list. When Rico gets a trade-in lead, it stays in Rico's pipeline.

REAL ESTATE BROKERAGES

Agents have private buyer and seller databases. Brokerage protects them with NDA. Sales Teams gives every agent their own contacts and groups inside one brokerage account, with the broker seeing top-level performance.

MARINE AND POWERSPORTS

Reps work by product line and by season. The boat buyer who came in for a trade last spring is a specific person on a specific list, not a name in a shared pool everyone emails at once.

AUCTION HOUSES

Specialists own categories. The fine-art specialist's bidder list is sensitive. Sales Teams keeps it separate from the watches specialist's list, both inside the same auction house's account.

Built for the way you actually sell.

Try the product first. The 30-day Pro trial is for deciding whether it fits how you sell; when you pick a plan, turn on a Sales Seat for each rep at $15 a month.
