Quality software, and a human on the other end.
Hi, I'm Kenny. I've spent most of my working life in service, including a couple of years at Chick-fil-A and a stretch at Disney. Two places about as serious as it gets when it comes to looking after people, and where I learned the half of this job that has nothing to do with code.
What that taught me stuck harder than anything I picked up writing software: how you treat someone isn't separate from what you hand them. It's part of the same promise. So this is meant to be both at once. Software worth using, and someone worth dealing with behind it.
So what I'm really trying to do is put a little good into somebody's day. Software is the way I know how. Inventory Mailer is that pointed at a real problem: businesses with actual inventory, stuck using tools built for newsletters, rebuilding the same email week after week. I'd taken a run at fixing it once before, years ago, and the need never went away. So this time I built it properly.
I'm building it the way I'd want it built. It should make sense the first time you open it, forgive you when you click the wrong thing, and stay out of your way the rest of the time. If something in it makes you smile, that was on purpose, and if something in it annoys you, I want to hear about it.
The business side is meant to be just as easy to live with: a price you can read in one line, and cancelling that takes about as long as signing up did.
It's built and run here in Florida, by me. The goal is simple and a little old-fashioned: make something genuinely good, charge a fair price for it, and earn your business again every month.
There is a lot of me in this thing. I hope it makes your week a little lighter, and honestly, I hope it's a blessing to you and to your business.
