Each tier in a plan includes everything in that plan. The slider changes your contact ceiling, your monthly emails, and the price. Nothing else.
Pro starts exactly where Starter ends. Same contacts, same sends, five dollars more, and it adds automated feeds, full analytics, and HTML export.
You get 30 days of full Pro features, capped at 500 emails and 500 contacts while you evaluate. Nothing is charged at the end: you pick a plan, or the account goes read-only with your data intact. We remind you at day 25 and day 28. A card is required at signup, and it is not charged during the trial.
Sending pauses until the next billing cycle. Excess imported contacts mark inactive (still viewable, not sent). We never auto-charge overage fees.
Yes. Schedule a downgrade and it applies at renewal. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the cycle.
Yes. We don't refund them either. This incentivizes list hygiene; bouncing addresses get auto-suppressed so they don't keep eating quota in future sends.
$15 per user per month, on top of any plan. If the user is also beyond your plan's seat count, add $8 for the extra seat. So a sales seat for an existing team member is $15. For an additional member it's $23.
Through Stripe, the payment processor a great many businesses already use. Your card details go straight to them and never touch our servers, and you can change your payment method yourself at any time.
